By accessing and using MyTechCare's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
MyTechCare provides the following services:
- Electronic device repair and maintenance
- Free pickup and delivery services
- Device diagnostics and assessment
- Replacement parts installation
- Warranty services (6-month replacement warranty)
- 24/7 customer support
3.1 Service Request
When you request our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your device and the issues you are experiencing. You are responsible for backing up your data before submitting your device for repair.
3.2 Device Assessment
We will assess your device and provide an estimate for repair costs. You have the right to accept or decline the repair estimate. If you decline, you may be charged a diagnostic fee.
3.3 Repair Authorization
By authorizing a repair, you agree to pay the quoted price. Repairs will proceed only after explicit authorization and payment confirmation.
- Free pickup and delivery services are available within our service area
- You must be available at the scheduled pickup/delivery time or notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the device at the delivery address
- We are not responsible for devices left unattended at delivery locations
- Additional fees may apply for remote locations or special delivery requirements
5.1 Replacement Warranty
We provide a 6-month replacement warranty on all repairs and services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts. If the same issue recurs within 6 months, we will repair or replace the device at no additional cost.
5.2 Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Damage from water, liquid, or physical damage after repair
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Normal wear and tear
- Payment is required before or upon completion of service
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the price quoted at the time of service authorization
- Refunds are processed according to our refund policy (see Section 7)
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to complete the repair as promised
- If the device is damaged during our service (subject to investigation)
- If you cancel the service before work begins (subject to cancellation fees)
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
No refunds will be issued for completed repairs that function as intended, even if you are unsatisfied with the service.
MyTechCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for data loss. You are responsible for backing up your data before submitting your device for repair.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for any data stored on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data before service.
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property on our website and in our services are the property of MyTechCare or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
